Shipping in the U.S.
Flat shipping rate: We offer a $4.97 flat rate for standard shipping on orders totaling $1-$39.99 in the contiguous United States and APO/FPO destinations.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated after all coupons, promotional codes and/or rewards are applied.
Free standard shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $40. No promo code needed. The discount will automatically apply to the qualifying amount after all discounts are applied.
Estimated delivery: Orders are typically processed within1-2 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within5-10 business days of shipment.
Shipping Delays
Slight delays: Some carriers don’t work weekends or holidays, so there might be a slight delay.
High call volume: If we or our suppliers are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days.

Worldwide delivery: We ship to almost anywhere in the world.
Estimated delivery: Shipping times vary, but you can expect your order to arrive within 10-20 days.
Sales Tax
In very rare cases, shipping charges may also be subject to sales tax. Your sales tax is determined based on the location of your shipping address.
Shipping Dates Defined
Delivery time frames: Delivery time frames are considered Monday – Friday only and exclude U.S. Federal holidays.
Delivery estimates: Delivery estimates are based on order processing time and time in transit.
Delivery and order time frame: Standard shipping orders placed after 2:59 pm CST will move to the next business day for estimated delivery.
Express Delivery
Expedited orders: Express orders placed after 1:59 pm ET will move to the next business day for estimated delivery.
Non-delivery days: Saturday and Sunday are not available for express delivery, at this time.
Other non-delivery: Express delivery is unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories orders with more than 100 items.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Tracking updates: Please allow USPS and UPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.
No package: If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us.
Damages & Missing Orders
Problem with orders: If your order arrives damaged or parts of your order is missing, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes.
Notify us: You must file a claim with us within 15 calendar days of delivery.
We’ll handle it: Do not attempt to file a claim with the carrier yourself. We will file a claim on your behalf, and a refund or replacement will be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.
Keep the package: Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage.
Be careful: Do not release any products or packaging to any other entity, including the carrier, repair estimate facilitator, etc before consulting with us. Doing so may risk invalidating your claim in progress and your ability to receive compensation for your lost or damaged item.
Additional photos: Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and are your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Not happy? No problem, simply return your unused item within 60 days for a full refund.
