Order Cancellations

All of our motivational products and positivity statement clothing are made to order just for you.

If you need to cancel or update your order, simply use the link in your confirmation email. You can edit or cancel anytime before production begins.

Once your order enters production, cancellations are no longer possible—but if something arrives less than perfect, we’ll help you get it resolved.

After receiving your package, you have 60 days to notify us of any quality-related issues.


Damaged or Quality Issues

If your item arrives damaged or with a print flaw, please send:

  • A photo clearly showing the issue
  • The item laid flat with the tag visible
  • Your order number

Refund Policy

Since all items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a verified quality issue.

If your order qualifies and a refund is approved:
